Properly trained staff, marvellous breakfast, strategic location just next door to the beach and the Walking Street, all the restaurant as, shops and bars are and restaurants, bars and shops. Spacious room, very comfy bed and large bathroom. Incredibly beautiful view over the swimming pool. Great choice for trip.

the hotel is clean, nestled in the lovely building with attentivestaff. the property has a convenient location, adjacent to all the restaurant as, shops and bars are, and pattaya beach. you can relax at reggae home bar, located nearby.

Great location near the pier and with a good swimming pool. Room service menu has tasty food at reasonable prices. The breakfast has good Asian options, though the western food could be better. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Fairly nice stay, we were there for 2 days. Loved a balcony and a chair in the room. The view of swimming pool was pleasant. The service was good, including delicious breakfasts and an amazing pool. Definitely, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really convenient...

Great and excellent hotel with a poolside bar, everything was really good. The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed here with the huge sofa, seaview plus slippers. The location was the best, not very far from Sunrise Beach. Loved our nice stay there a lot.

The kids absolutely loved the worm tunnels, rocking horses, and rocking giraffes in the play area. It was the perfect spot for them to unwind and have fun while we relaxed.

For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor activities suitable for families with children.

The steakhouse had an incredible selection of fresh steaks. The Japanese menu at Sugoi Lipe was carefully crafted with seasonal ingredients. Kayaking around the island was a great way to explore.

Nothing like getting some non-halal food mixed in with your omelette during breakfast. Hilarious!

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The property was immaculate and recently built, giving it a fresh and clean atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the massive and incredibly comfortable bed in our suite. We also loved the private pool on our balcony, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The food offered at the hotel was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

We enjoyed the pool areas with pool bars and the friendly staff. The location was great, near to the beach and the walking street which was quite convenient. the rooms were comfortable and equipped with balcony and fresh water daily.

We would have preferred if the kitchen could serve all food to other areas, instead of being limited to the snack menu. we missed having music during the day time and the pool bar opening earlier.
